How does the first meeting work?
We meet at the agency, at your premises or by video call. You present your business and what you need; we ask you questions. This meeting comes with no obligation.
How much does a project cost?
Each project has its own quote, drawn up after our first conversation. It details each item and the schedule. The quote is free and comes with no obligation.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Wero, PayPal, bank transfer, cheque, cash.
Do you travel?
Yes, within 100 km of Fellering. Beyond that, we work remotely.
Which languages do you work in?
Français, Deutsch, English, العربية, Taqbaylit (tamazight).

Will I be able to edit my website myself?
Yes. The website comes with an admin area and a hands-on introduction.
Do I own the website?
Yes. The domain name and hosting are registered in your name.
Can you take over an existing website?
Yes, to fix it, add to it or rebuild it. We start with a review of what exists.
Will my website rank well on Google?

Your materials.
Who owns the logo files?
You do. They are handed over in every useful format at the end of the project.
Should we plan a photo shoot for the website?
We recommend it: real photos of your business make a website more credible than stock images.
Can you manage our social media every month?
Yes, with a calendar you approve and a monthly report. See Social media.

Where does the training take place?
